Dr Stefanie Ramsey is a female Veterinarian.
Dr Stefanie graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 2018. Before pursuing a career in veterinary medicine, she also completed a Bachelor of Science in ecology and zoology.
In her final year of veterinary school, Stef completed externships at Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, Melbourne Zoo and Adelaide Zoo. This allowed her to gain experience with a diverse range of animals, including some critically endangered species.
During her studies Stef worked as an avian and exotics nurse in Brisbane and knew she later wanted to care for these creatures as a veterinarian.
Dr Stef loves working with a variety of species and particularly enjoys looking after feathered and scaled animals.
