Dr Meredith McDonald is a female Veterinarian.
After graduating from Massey University NZ in 1994, Meredith started her veterinary career in a small animal hospital on the Gold Coast. She moved to the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne in 1997 to work in equine and small animal practice. In 2016, she has come to Torquay along with her cats, horses and a goat who loves biscotti.
Meredith enjoyed the challenge of equine practice, but soon discovered that she had a growing interest in small animal medicine. She has a particular passion for felines, having bred a litter of Birman kittens from her cat ‘Kimi’ and also having saved her adorable rescue cat ‘Mango’. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys riding her Stockhorse x Warmblood mare ‘Fleur’ and cooking from her vast collection of recipe books.
