Dr Leanne P Humbert is a female Veterinarian.
Leanne began her veterinary career at Armadale - Byford Vet Hospital after graduating from Murdoch University in 1982. Wanting a break from dairy practice and racetrack work, Leanne made the move to Kojonup in 1985 and, apart from a brief return to Armadale - Byford while her sons were going to school in Perth, she has been here ever since. Initially working for Paddy Batch, after marrying Mick, Leanne decided to branch out on her own and started the Kojonup Vet Hospital in 1989 on their farm. With three small boys she decided to move the practice into town in the early 1990s to enable her to employ a second veterinarian. She leased the practice in 2001 but continued to service a small number of clients. Leanne returned to working at Kojonup Vet Hospital in 2011. Horses have been a big part of Leanne's life since she began riding at age six and she has been heavily involved with polocrosse and pony club in Kojonup, so it is no surprise that equine medicine is her speciality. However, having thirty years experience in mixed practice, she enjoys treating all creatures great and small.
