Dr Kate Mitchell is a female Veterinarian.

Kate graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology & Bachelor of Veterinary Science. Her career started in Gippsland at the Drouin Vet Clinic where she cut her teeth as a mixed practice vet with a focus on dairy cattle medicine & surgery, bull fertility, and rabbit medicine & surgery. After 5 years at DVC Kate, her partner Georgio & their menagerie of animals decided to venture further south to Tasmania to join the Scottsdale team.

Kate is a Bull Breeding Soundness Evaluation BULLCHECK® (VBBSE) Examiner, is an InCalf ReproRight Advisor and is currently completing her Masters at the University of Melbourne researching how stress affects the fertility of dairy bulls.
