BVSc (Syd), Veterinarian
Dr Jody Braddock is a female Veterinarian.
Dr Jody Braddock trained at the University of Sydney as an undergraduate and then worked in a busy small animal practice in the inner city for 4 years before returning to the University of Sydney to undertake a post graduate rotating internship (medicine and surgery), a Post Graduate Diploma and then a residency program to complete a Masters Degree (researching new treatments for hyperadrenocorticism in the dog) and specialist training before becoming a ANZVCS Fellow and Internal Medicine Specialist (Canine Medicine) in 2004.
Jody continued to work as Lecturer in Small Animal Medicine at the University of Sydney before moving to private referral and specialist work at North Shore Veterinary Specialist Centre, then the Animal Referral Hospital and most recently at Sydney Veterinary Emergency and Specialists.
Jody has also worked for many years as a consultant for Vetnostics clinical pathology services. Her interests within internal medicine are wide ranging and still expanding even after all this time! But hyperadrenocorticism, endocrine disease more generally, and clinical pathology topics will always be her happy place.
Jody is looking forward to the opportunity to come and work in your team while your internal medicine specialists take a well-earned break!
