Dr Charlie May is a female Veterinarian.

Dr Charlie is a Sydney-sider by birth, but graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology/Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga. Dr Charlie has enjoyed working in a variety of clinical settings including equine practice, mixed (rural) practice and small animal practice. Despite growing up in Sydney, Dr Charlie has loved the country life – her favourite place to live has been amongst the vineyards in Orange, NSW.

Dr Charlie has a particular interest in pain management and arthritis management. She has completed further qualifications in Veterinary Acupuncture and training in Veterinary Trigger Point therapy, and loves to use these techniques to keep animals comfortable and mobile.

Dr Charlie has also achieved her membership into the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists, which acknowledges an advanced knowledge in a particular field of Veterinary Science – for Dr Charlie this was Small Animal Veterinary Practice! Dr Charlie plays an active role in the Small Animal Veterinary Practice Chapter of the College and is involved in helping new candidates achieve membership.
