Dr Cammy Woodworth is a female Veterinarian.
Cammy and her family moved to the Adelaide hills when she was 11 years old. From a very young age Cammy was animal obsessed and spent most of her waking hours on the back of a horse. It was this love that steered her toward a career as a veterinarian. At vet school she met Michael and they started dating just before graduating in 2007. Together, they travelled overseas to Florida to practice as small animal vets and discover life abroad.
A few years later, they were homesick and ready to return to the land of plenty. Within a couple years of being home they were married at the Adelaide zoo. Upon moving back to South Australia in 2010, Cammy was once again drawn to the Adelaide Hills. She quickly found work at a small animal clinic in Mount Barker where she met Melinda and Simone as well as many of the wonderful people and pets of the Mt Barker and Nairne community.
In 2016, Cammy and Michael decided to test their marriage and open a new clinic in Nairne, and so Nairne Vet was born. They were delighted by the reception of the local community. In 2017, Michael, Cammy and their 4 fur children (Cooper, Murphy, Mufasa and Squid) welcomed a furless baby named Lincoln, in 2019 they welcomed Rory. They didn't think life was crazy enough so in 2021 they added baby Jude to the Nairne Vet family.
