BSc, BVSc (Melb), MANZCVS (Small Animal Surgery), Veterinarian

Dr Brendan Sinnott is a male Veterinarian.

Hi, I’m Dr. Brendan. I’m the owner of Fleurieu Veterinary Centre. I’ve been a Vet since 2009. I grew up in country Victoria, and later moved to Melbourne to do my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne. It was here that I met my wife-to-be Anna, who is also a Vet! We moved to New Zealand for 5 years to complete our Veterinary Science degrees.

We started practicing on Yorke Peninsula, where we lived for about 2.5 years, before moving to the UK where we worked as locums across England and Wales for another couple of years. We travelled as much as we could while we were there, racking up about 15 European countries before making our way back home via via South America where we trekked the Inca Trail and explored the Galapagos Islands – a truly magical trip home!

We live in McLaren Vale with our pets ‘Ice’ – a cat with a bad attitude, ‘Sully’ a crazy Huntaway x Border Collie, our kids Flynn (6), Adeline (2) and Evie (3 months and counting!). In 2021 we said goodbye to our best old boy Slim, a 17year old Huntaway from New Zealand.

I love all things surgical (having gained my surgical membership through the ANZCVS in 2015) and thoroughly enjoy a good laugh, a dark coffee and making bad jokes – something I try to do every day.
