Dr Anja Knudsen is a female Veterinarian.
Anja graduated with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in 2020, where she focused on equine surgery at the Dick Vet Equine Hospital. Anja then went on to spend 1.5 years in mixed practice in Yorkshire gaining experience in both a wide range of equine orthopaedics, medicine and standing surgeries, but also vast experience in small animal surgery. She then narrowed her focus into equine practice, during 6 months at a first opinion equine practice in Cheshire, where she enjoyed working closely with Leahurst Equine Hospital on more complex cases. Anja is very passionate about equine surgery and strives to complete Internships and a Residency to ultimately specialise in this area. She is thrilled to be able to take her first steps towards this goal at Scone Equine Hospital.
